Membership Dues:
The Courtesy Club committee will extend love through an inclusive
outreach ministry to visitors during morning worship, to the sick and shut-
in, to the bereaved, and at birthday celebrations.

  • Welcome ministry

1.  Visitors will be welcomed during morning worship and given a
welcome packet.  A welcome letter will be mailed to all visitors

2,   Church members will draw names from a "sick and shut-in basket" on
the 4th Sunday.  Members are encouraged to contact their person via
telephone, by card or visitation, send gifts, et cetera.

3.  Church members experiencing bereavement in their immediate family
will receive a bouquet of flowers or potted plant.  Those experiencing
death in their extended family will receive a condolence card.

4.  Members celebrating birthdays will be served cake and ice cream on
the 4th Sunday of their birth month.  Birthdays and anniversaries will be
acknowledged on the 2nd Sunday of the month during morning worship.


Although membership in the courtesy club is voluntary, all church
members are encouraged to join or at least to support its objectives.

Membership dues will be collected on a monthly basis.  As of February,2008,
membership dues are $10.00 a month.  Money collected from members will be
used to defray courtesy club expenses (e.g., welcome packages,flowers and plants
birthday cakes).
